Sorry for the post in English but my only word in Dutch so far is 'Kip'. Anyway I gave met quite a few of you already but for those I haven't met, I am Scott Lane, pitmaster of Miss Piggy's BBQ team from England, and co-founder of UK BBQ association, organisers of Q on the Canal. Hope to meet a few more of you in 2014, either over in Netherlands or here in the U.K.
